Steph Claire Smith opens up about ADHD in new LiSTNR miniseries

The series, announced by SCA in a press release, is a personal and candid exploration of how ADHD shapes different aspects of life, from relationships and parenting to career challenges and late diagnosis, particularly among women.
After first revealing her ADHD diagnosis on KICPOD in October, Steph takes the conversation further with expert guests, including psychologist Bec McWilliam, psychiatrist Dr Dianne Grocott, nutritionist Liv Morrison, journalist Matilda Boseley, relationship coach Megan Luscombe and media personality Em Rusciano.
