Partial ceasefire begins in Russia-Ukraine war, ends in Gaza

Meanwhile, Israel ended a two-month truce in hostilities and pounded Gaza with airstrikes killing more than 400 people.

Talks aimed at advancing toward a broader peace plan, including a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea, full ceasefire and permanent peace, would begin “immediately”, the White House said. It wasn’t clear whether Ukraine is on board with the limited ceasefire plan, reported The Times of India.
