Nine reshapes business with three divisions and a fresh executive lineup

The restructuring aims to streamline operations, reduce duplication, and increase accountability with the new divisions: streaming and broadcast, publishing, and marketplaces.
Amanda Laing, previously at Foxtel Group, has been appointed managing director of the streaming and broadcast division, which includes Stan, 9Now, broadcast TV, and radio.
As part of the changes, Stan CEO Martin Kugeler and Nine CMO Liana Dubois have been made redundant. The company is transitioning to a more focused eight-member executive team led by acting CEO Matt Stanton.
