TRAI issues recommendations for ground-based broadcasters

Issued on January 15, 2025, the new guidelines accessed by Influencing India enables broadcasters to integrate advanced terrestrial communication technologies with traditional satellite systems, such as cable, fiber, internet, and cloud. These technologies can now operate simultaneously across multiple Distribution Platform Operator (DPO) networks, streamlining delivery and improving business efficiency.
