Aus tech media too important not to save

In those 25 years, I’ve written about countless closures. There were numerous print closures, but they tend to hurt less because they generally involve some kind of pivot to online. If there were job losses, they were usually measured.
Others shut down because of a lack of success, either failing to reach their intended audience of else an inability to commercialise that audience. Normally there’s a knuckle-brain publisher who cuts their way to oblivion and you can see it coming from a mile away.
