Never underestimate the effect that concrete facts and figures, and technical specifications can have on increasing a journo’s interest in the story; it minimizes the amount of time spent on the phone clarifying the pernickety details, and makes everyone’s lives easier.
What do you see as the biggest issue facing the technology community right now?
Poor battery life.
What are you most proud of?
