Sarah Greaves Awarded ShiftCare Support Worker of the Year

About the Award

The ShiftCare Support Worker of the Year Award celebrates support workers who have made a significant difference in the lives of their clients and the broader community. Candidates are evaluated based on their client impact, professional excellence, commitment, adaptability, communication skills, and overall contribution. Nominations are carefully reviewed and scored by a panel of judges.

Nearly 1000 nominations were received from nominators from across Australia. Nominators included co-workers, clients, family, care providers and managers.
