WithYouWithMe (WYWM) is helping the Australian workforce realise its full potential. It is a workforce platform that harnesses technology to identify high growth industries and provide workers with everything they need (from training to testing and employer connections) to take up roles in these industries. WYWM was founded in 2015 to solve the problem of veteran underemployment and, in doing so, exposed a problem with the recruiting model that spanned far beyond veterans. Today, the team has more than 300 staff and operates out of offices in Sydney, Canberra, Ottawa, London and Washington DC. In 2019, WYWM was named Australia and Asia-Pacific’s Fastest Growing Tech Company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.
