Sharnelle Vella and Bob Murphy to replace Sammy J on ABC Radio Melbourne Breakfast

Channel 7’s award-winning journalist Sharnelle Vella and former AFL star Bob Murphy are the new hosts of ABC Radio Melbourne's Breakfast show, replacing Sammy J after his five-year tenure, an ABC press release stated.
Vella, a popular reporter and state political correspondent at Channel 7, brings extensive experience in covering major court cases and state politics. Murphy, a Western Bulldogs legend with 312 AFL games under his belt, has previously hosted a show on 1116 SEN and contributed to The Age and ABC Radio.
