Jackie O will not make multi-million settlement with ARN

Radio broadcaster ARN is set for a public legal stoush with former KIIS presenter Jackie 'O' Henderson, who has "absolutely no interest" in reaching a settlement.
The Australian's media reporter Steve Jackson reported this morning that Henderson was being required to undergo a "court-ordered medical examination conducted by a suitably qualified medical expert selected by ARN within the next fortnight", as her legal case rumbled along.
Henderson is suing ARN for wrongfully dismissing her, after she complained about the behaviour of co-host Kyle Sandilands. She had a 10-year, $100 million contract with ARN.
Jackson reported that ARN is arguing that Sandiland's and Henderson's own companies; Quasar and Henderson Media were "solely responsible for controlling the manner in which they provid...
