Agartala journalist Nandan Chakraborty dies in road accident

Agartala is grieving the untimely loss of journalist Nandan Chakraborty, who died in a tragic road accident in Belonia subdivision on March 18, 2026. He was 45.
Tripura Info noted, Chakraborty, a resident of Ram Nagar, was on his way to Sabroom when his vehicle met with an accident near Rajapur. Despite being rushed to Santir Bazar hospital, he was declared dead on arrival. His passing has cast a deep shadow over Tripura’s media fraternity.
