Announcement posted by LeadershipHQ 27 May 2024
18th May 2024 in Sydney at the Outstanding Leadership Awards Gala Event was about Role Models.
Role Models. Leadership. Courage. Hope. Light.
Leadership, the cornerstone of progress, is now more crucial than ever. Sonia McDonald is driven by a mission to nurture a new generation of great, kind, and courageous leaders.
McDonald knew after spending 16 years of creating and building leaders at LeadershipHQ that she needed to do more.
We needed to make a stand.
Many of us didn't grow up with social media or the news we are exposed to today. Our generations today and tomorrow need greater role models. They need to see more extraordinary Leadership, Courage, and Hope. We do what we see.
We do what we see.
Sonia and her team created a platform to showcase, inspire, and celebrate outstanding leadership and great humans. They wanted a platform that celebrates leadership that is urgently needed today—kind, courageous, inclusive, and authentic leadership.
They wanted the world to see this —the world to see more extraordinary role models.
The Gala event had 220 great leaders and humans in this room, embodying hope, courage, and leadership.
The awards and gala awards in Sydney also celebrated -
The LeadershipHQ team and volunteers and the esteemed judges.
