First Focus Acquires Boutique MSP Enact

Sydney, NSW – National managed service provider First Focus has acquired boutique IT provider EnactMSP. The acquisition of EnactMSP is the fifth by First Focus over the past two years, following earlier acquisitions of eStorm, The Specializt, Flexnet, and, Ordyss.
This purchase demonstrates First Focus’ drive to deepen our managed IT services and grow our reach by acquiring managed IT service providers that align with our core values. First Focus remains actively interested in acquiring IT businesses and MSPs of varying sizes, allowing owners and directors to exit the industry on their own terms while giving their clients the opportunity to experience support from a national managed services provider.

Home went on to explain that the nature of IT – particularly cybersecurity – was changing “alarmingly fast” and that the speed of change was making it increasingly difficult to maintain the capabilities needed to offer the services demanded by clients as a small provider.
“We saw this as a sign that this was the right time to join a larger organisation who could provide the extended capabilities our customers were starting to demand.”
After the acquisition, Home will continue to work alongside his colleagues as a Technical Account Executive and part of the First Focus management team.
