Robin and Dominique founded Hutch as an independent, employee-owned, Lloyds coverholder, focused on delivering complex products simply. Hutch is part of the CoverRadar group of companies, an innovative Australian insurance group founded in 2020 in the depths of COVID and focused on offering brokers better products through technology. We’re independent and employee-owned and plan to remain that way. Our independence reassures our brokers and ensures our underwriters can be agile and unconflicted when designing and offering products. Because every employee participates in our Employee Share Option Programme, we are all motivated to ensure the business’ success through excellent service for our brokers and clients. Our digital platform enables us to deliver products via Sunrise Exchange, which reaches 95% of the Australian broker market. Our platform is API enabled, so we can easily integrate into other broker systems and has comprehensive analytics, allowing us to continually regress claims data against risk information to improve our underwriting.
