About Community Living Options Community Living Options (CLO) was established in Victor Harbor in 1982 by parents who wanted independent accommodation for their adult children who were living with disability. Since then, CLO have grown from our humble beginnings and now support people living with disability, children and young people. We also provide Clinical and Therapeutic Services and Community Nursing Care across South Australia. Our focus on excellence in active support models and our strong governance framework for quality and safeguarding is woven into our CLO values – respect, innovation, integrity, relationships, and quality.
