As an approved Home Care Package (HCP) provider, Care Connect offers a range of inclusive and culturally appropriate services tailored to individual needs, including personal care, household assistance, nursing, allied health services, and social support. Now in its 30th year, Care Connect has assisted over 85,000 Australians across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland to maintain independence and live the life they love.
