Élysée Collective expands Sydney team with new hires and promotions

Sydney-based communications agency, Élysée Collective, has bolstered its team with three new appointments and several in-agency promotions, Telum Media reported. Chelsea Down (pictured) joins as Account Director, bringing experience from Black Communications, P.E Nation, and Bonel PR. Charlie Lewis has been appointed as Junior Account Manager, while Lily Grills steps in as Account Executive. Simultaneously, Maddy Chance (née Hall) and Natasha Cruz have been promoted to Senior Account Directors, while Chanel Cutelli and Gemma Medhurst ascend to Senior Account Managers. Alice Moore, Founder and Director of Élysée Collective, expressed excitement about the growth, stating, "As the agency continues to establish itself in the luxury PR market, we are delighted to welcome Chelsea, Charlie, and Lily."
