STW acquires 60% of Buchanan Group

Australia’s largest marketing communications company, STW Communications Group, has announced the acquisition of 60% of Australian-based global advertising firm Buchanan Group.
Buchanan Group has offices in Asia, Europe, North America as well as Australia, and brands under the Buchanan umbrella include Brand Power, Zoot Review, MediFacts, InfoTalk, Adverlife and Hometester Club.
STW Group’s chief executive officer, Michael Connaghan, said: “We are absolutely thrilled that Buchanan has chosen STW as its partner to help accelerate its growth.
