Shayne Currie steps up at NZME as Editor at Large

NZME Head of News and NZ Herald Editor Murray Kirkness will be the acting NZME Managing Editor as Currie begins a new position.
NZME CEO Michael Boggs said that Currie’s experience and leadership along with his contribution to digital transformation and integration across NZME’s newsrooms made him a perfect fit to take up the role.
