Seven West Media launches new digital news platform, ‘The Nightly’

Seven West Media has unveiled its latest venture, ‘The Nightly,’ a national digital news platform aimed at delivering high-quality journalism to Australians, free of charge. ‘The Nightly,’ accessible through its website and app (www.thenightly.com.au), serves as a digital weeknight newspaper, emphasising premium news content.
Anthony De Ceglie, Editor-In-Chief of West Australian Newspapers, assumes the same role for The Nightly, while Sarah-Jane Tasker, formerly Business Editor of The West Australian, steps in as Editor.
Maryna Fewster, CEO of Seven West Media WA, expressed enthusiasm for the launch, citing ‘The Nightly’ as a response to the growing consumer demand for quality news accessible during evening hours.
