Senior journalist Sucheta Dalal moves Delhi Court
By Staff Writer in Media News on Friday, 17th April 2026 at 6:44pmSenior journalist and Moneylife managing editor Sucheta Dalal has moved a Delhi court challenging an order that restricts publication of content linking businessman Manoj Sandesara and his family to the alleged Sterling Biotech bank fraud case.
On April 13, District Judge Vinod Kumar Meena at Tis Hazari Courts heard the matter and issued notices to Sandesara, Google and Meta. The next hearing is scheduled for April 29.
Dalal’s firm, Moneywise Media LLP, has contested an April 4 civil court order that directed platforms and media organisations to remove or block such content. The order also required Google and Meta to deâindex flagged links, including articles and a YouTube video by Moneylife.
