SBS gains new vision with Nakul Legha’s appointment

SBS has made a significant appointment in Nakul Legha, a former creative executive at Netflix, as its new scripted commissioning editor.
Legha's new role at SBS entails leading the development and production of original scripted drama and working on the Digital Originals initiative in partnership with Screen Australia.
Reflecting on his appointment, Legha stated, “As a migrant kid, who didn’t speak any English and grew up in Western Sydney, watching and listening to SBS helped me understand my new home and find belonging here.”
He added that he was proud to join SBS and its award-winning Scripted team.
