Prime Video partners with beIN SPORTS to launch its first live sports channel

Amazon’s Prime Video has announced a partnership with beIN SPORTS to launch its first standalone live sports channel in Australia.
beIN SPORTS channel is currently available to Prime members as a paid monthly add-on subscription at $14.99 AUD per month via Prime Video Channels.
Hushidar Kharas, Head of Amazon Prime Video Australia and New Zealand, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with beIN SPORTS, which provides the audience with “more choice of the best live and on-demand sports in one place.”
“We know our Australian customers are obsessed with live sport, and the add-on of beIN SPORTS via Prime Video Channels will unlock thousands of marquee events for football, tennis and rugby enthusiasts,” Kharas said.
