Michael Morrah joins NZ Herald as senior investigative reporter
By Staff Writers in Media News on Tuesday, 14th May 2024 at 3:06pmMulti-award-winning television journalist Michael Morrah is set to join the NZ Herald team as a Senior Investigative Reporter and team leader, New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) announced today.
Morrah, who has been twice named Reporter of The Year and has won Best News Coverage awards at both the NZ Television Awards and Voyager Media Awards, brings nearly two decades of media experience to his new role. He currently serves as an Investigations Correspondent for Newshub.
In his new position at NZ Herald, Morrah will focus on producing online video news content, contributing to NZME’s ongoing digital transformation efforts. He will also regularly contribute across all NZME news platforms, including print and radio.
