Melissa Doyle signing off from Seven

Seven Network mainstay Melissa Doyle is saying goodbye after 25 years on the crew.
She made the announcement on her digital channels today, stating the long stint with the network was a chance to reflect on her life and what she will do next.
“Whilst I am sad to be leaving, I do so with a great deal of pride, satisfaction and gratitude. Every ending is a beginning and I’m excited for what comes next,” she said.
Doyle had been one of Seven’s most recognizable faces, joining the network in 1995 as political reporter after two years with Prime. She then moved into hosting/presenter stints at shows such as 11AM, Today Tonight, Sunrise, 7NEWS, Sunday Night and The Latest, plus writing two books and a column in the Sydney Morning Herald.
