Karvelas takes the helm at Q+A in 2024

She will lead discussions where citizens can pose questions to politicians and thought leaders, alongside her continued role as the presenter of RN Breakfast.
Karvelas expressed her enthusiasm for hosting Q+A and the opportunity it provides for ordinary people to engage with influential figures.
“Q+A is the town hall. It’s the only program bringing together a range of guests to debate the big issues where ordinary people – not journalists or insiders – can come along and ask questions of powerful people.”
Karvelas further noted that she views the show as a platform for substantial and challenging conversations.
