Individuals as brands; advice on managing the PR of public figures

The public relations industry is often thought of as shifting the attitudes and brands of companies, services and products, but the trend of celebrities and public figures hiring PR agencies to manage and guide their public persona and social media strategy is growing.
We talk to two renowned figures who work with public figures, but in very different areas. The first is Jonathan Englert, a senior consultant at Watterson Marketing Communications and its book publicity arm WBOOK, who works with a variety of authors and publishers across Australia and the world.
