We catch up with Russ Stiggants, the editor of Chedda.com.au, a website for older Australians. He tells us how the year has been for the fledgling site, the best tips for PRs to work with him and his thoughts on the predictions for 2013.

Where do you work and what do you do?
I run Chedda, an internet magazine for mature Australians 45+. We called our site ‘Chedda’ because, like cheese, we mature Australians get better with age! The site is heavily media rich and I like to think is turning the view that ‘mature’ Australians, or ‘seniors’, are only attracted to morbidly boring government sites, medical sites or funeral parlours. Cheddas have a lot of life left in them and are interested in news and information that acknowledges this.
