Edelman calls it quits with Samsung

Samsung Australia corporate marketing division PR manager, Jesse James, said Samsung recently put the business up for pitch, but after consideration Edelman declined to participate and resigned the account.
James said Samsung, which has now finalised the pitch process, will announce its new PR agency next week. 
"The long standing heritage between Samsung Australia and Edelman Sydney is something we are all very proud of," said James. "Samsung has enjoyed tremendous growth over the past few years, and the market presence we have established, with the help of Edelman, has contributed greatly to our success."
