Stuff Group to deliver new 6pm news show for WB Discovery

Stuff Group and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) have announced a groundbreaking agreement for Stuff to produce a daily news bulletin to WBD, replacing the Newshub bulletin. The new Stuff-made 6pm news will commence on July 6, following the final Newshub broadcast on July 5, and will air for an hour Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute program on weekends. Under the agreement, Stuff will exclusively license and deliver the 6pm bulletin to WBD's free-to-air broadcast platform Three as well as ThreeNow. The transition period will leverage Stuff's large national newsroom and stuff.co.nz, complemented by specialist skills and talent.
