Celebrated Daily Telegraph reporter Marcus Casey passes away

He was a towering figure at the publication through the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.
Growing up on the outskirts of Byron Bay, Casey started his career at The Daily Telegraph in 1984 as a copy boy before earning a cadetship and learning from the paper’s veteran journalists. His fearless reporting on major events such as the Strathfield Massacre quickly earned him a reputation as one of Sydney's top reporters.
