Ben Carney elevated to Assistant Content Director & Announcer at Hit 106.9 Newcastle

Ben Carney has started a new role at Hit 106.9 Newcastle as Assistant Content Director and Announcer.
Currently, Ben is a Workday Announcer for the Hit Network in Bunbury (SCA) and serves as the station's Social Media Manager. He also co-hosts the nationally broadcast Saturday Night Party Playlist across both metro and regional Hit Network stations.
Previously, Ben was a casual weekend announcer at Hit92.9 in Perth and the Assistant Breakfast Producer and Announcer at 96FM (ARN) in Perth. In 2017, he served as Boom Radio's Assistant Program Director and Executive Producer, hosting shows such as Boom's Big Breakfast and Boom Rocks.
