4BH goes classic hits

4BH radio station has transitioned to a Classic hits format, filling the void left by 4KQ’s move to cover sport, following its acquisition by SEN.
ACE Radio CEO Mark Taylor confirmed the transition to Radio Today saying, ”There was a clear and obvious hole in the market. We could have waited, but just thought – let’s get going.”
Taylor said that they would be able to deliver all that 4KQ listeners missed with identical coverage and well maintained transmission site.
Dave Ferguson will usher the classic 60’s hits on Sunday Morning 60’s from 6 to 10 am every Sunday and Jukebox Saturday night will aim to attract audiences with 60’s, 70’s and 80’s hits from 6 pm to midnight every Saturday.
