Elabor8 launches Flomatika, a Value Stream Management platform.

Management consultancy Elabor8, experts in agile transformation, have announced the launch of Flomatika, a performance dashboard designed to help enterprises do more with their teams and achieve faster, more predictable value delivery.

The broad adoption of agile process management and heavy investment in digital capabilities has led to a fast expansion in the need for Value Stream Management (VSM).

Crunchbase estimates the VSM sector currently has $1.7 billion in total funding, and according to Research In Action, the VSM market is growing 30% p.a. faster than other IT markets. Research In Action goes on to report, "While some organizations are still trying to understand the value of VSM, others have created their own way of managing the value streams across their software delivery chains and the smart ones have acquired a VSM automation tool."

Now Flomatika, an all-Australian start-up, has entered this dynamic market segment after an extensive 12 month early-access program involving many of Elabor8's current customers.

Flomatika automatically converts hundreds of thousands of data points into a few customer-centric and work-based metrics to make it easy to recognise the level of performance and health across time. It can ingest as far back as a business has data in its Work Management System, so it's possible to view a timeline of metrics from prior to its introduction.

Flomatika is fully customisable with dashboards, reports, KPIs, and sources of data all tailored to the needs of the specific business. And it offers plug and play compatibility with multiple data sources, including Jira Cloud, Jira Server, and Microsoft Azure DevOps, with support for additional data sources to be rolled out in the near future.
