Construction kicks off Grandh, Hurstville

Sydney, Australia, 07 September 2016 - Construction has now commenced at

‘Grandh’ – a new community taking shape in Sydney’s multi-cultural ‘Southern

Capital’ of Hurstville.
 

The new community will be spread over four buildings, and is being developed and

built by family owned development and construction company, Deicorp.
 

Located on a site previously occupied by the Australian Taxation Office, Grandh is

aligned with Deicorp’s development strategy, which is to develop sites within close

proximity to existing or planned railway stations, and to optimise the convenience

and accessibility that future residents can enjoy.
 

The $300-million development is located at 20 Woniora Road, Hurstville. Deicorp

says that the residential hub is being built in line with its development philosophy of

well-located, well-designed, urban living. Deicorp’s vision for Grandh, is to create the

benchmark for well-connected and well-planned communities in Sydney’s south.
 

Deicorp’s Managing Directors has said that “We are always seeking to provide an

exceptional location for all our developments to ensure that residents have access to

the best of Sydney right on their doorstep. Grandh will provide all residents with

access to the Sydney CBD in less than twenty minutes by train".
 

The four buildings of Grandh have been designed to complement the thriving

metropolis of Hurstville, which is a multi-cultural hub in Sydney’s southern suburbs,

located just 16km from the CBD.
 

Clever and connected, Grandh, Hurstville will offer future residents the very best that

this bustling area has to offer, including shopping precincts and public transport all in

close proximity, while the apartments themselves have panoramic seaside views to

Botany Bay as well as water views to the Cooks River.
 

Having received approval in late April this year, the project is now well on its way to a

mid-2018 completion, with apartments now selling.
