Melbourne to have its own hospitality forum

Following on from the successes of MAD Sydney, the WAW Gathering in Melbourne in 2014, and inspired by Ted Talks and the Welcome Conference, some of Melbourne’s brightest hospitality industry leaders have created a program for Melbourne to develop the skills of our future industry leaders.

These include:

Josh Elias – founder and editor of Alquimie Magazine

Kevin Donovan – Restaurateur, Donovans in St Kilda

Leon Kennedy – Entrepreneur, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters

Sarah Lemke – Baker/Chef, De Superette, Belgium

Max Allen – Wine writer.

Sebastian Crowther – Master Sommelier

Ashley Huntington – Farmer and Brewer

Angie Giannakodakis – Restaurateur, Epocha in Carlton

Nolan Hirte – Owner and coffee pioneer, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters
