Viscount's Australian-made Nally Folding MegaBin® has been recognised as a finalist in the 2026 AFR Sustainability Leaders Awards, following two Silver Awards at the 2026 Australasian Packaging Innovation & Design Awards and finalist recognition in the 2026 Horticulture Awards for Excellence.

The bin is a complete replacement for one-way cardboard bulk packaging, eliminating ongoing cardboard and pallet disposal and return costs. Its durable construction also provides improved product protection, helping businesses reduce the operational impacts associated with damaged goods and packaging failure.

The award-winning 3:1 folding design allows three folded bins to occupy approximately the same space as one assembled bin. This reduces the space required for empty storage and return transport, while helping simplify handling across stores, distribution centres and supply chain operations.

When fully loaded, it can stack six-high to maximise warehouse and transport utilisation. With a 550 kg load capacity, it is designed for repeated use across fresh produce, protein, poultry and other bulk goods supply chains.

The purpose-designed reusable solution can also reduce manual packaging and disposal tasks. This supports improved labour productivity, reduces injury risk and can help lower associated safety costs.

Each Nally Folding MegaBin® is RFID-enabled as standard, providing greater visibility of reusable assets as they move throughout the supply chain. This supports improved asset management and gives businesses better oversight of their packaging pool.
