Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill has been a Gold Coast favourite for the past 19+ years.  

Locals and visitors to the Gold Coast keep coming back to the Gold Coast's Best Steak Restaurant, and they can now enjoy an updated menu with a tantalising selection of new dishes that go beyond its signature offerings.

"Our new menu continues to reflect our commitment to offering an exceptional dining experience that caters for a variety of tastes," said Group Executive Chef, Trent Robson.

"The new menu features nearly 20 new dishes, and while we've made a few updates to our beef menu items, there's also a delightful array of new seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes.

Kyushu Satsuma au Poivre (Japanese Wagyu A5, cooked tableside) w. Peppercorn Sauce, Koshihikari + Fenugreek

North QLD Coral Trout w. Potato Puree, Zucchini + Caviar Sauce

Mushroom Agnolotti w. Local Mushrooms + Reggiano

When developing new dishes, Trent and his team focus heavily on ensuring consistency. They invest considerable time in sourcing high-quality ingredients, avoiding impulsive purchases. Once they establish relationships with reliable suppliers, they prioritise nurturing these partnerships to guarantee the freshness and quality that their customers deserve and expect.
