Bulimba's newest restaurant MEDÉ Modern Mediterranean is now open at 161 Oxford Street, Bulimba with bookings available from next Wednesday 18 September.

Paul and Anna Adams who also own MELROSE Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, located a few minutes further down on Oxford Street, are thrilled with the 6-week transformation of their new venue.

"We are delighted with the fit out and can't believe it's come together in only 6 weeks.

"We're sure that Bulimba locals will love this new look venue, and we can't wait for them to come in and enjoy our Mediterranean cuisine."

Head Chef Sam Richards has created some incredible dishes with some of the highlights being - 

FRESH PRAWNS, Mooloolaba king prawns, Tunisian spiced cocktail sauce, fresh lemon, romaine lettuce

FILO PIE - Warrigal greens, macadamia cheese, salsa verde & broadleaf rocket

BBQ CHICKEN - Toum, chicken jus gras, Fattoush

WARILBA ORGANIC LAMB SHOULDER - Local organic lamb, Jus gras, tzatziki

At MEDÉ guests will be taken on an unforgettable journey full of vibrant, dynamic flavours from all regions of the Mediterranean and can expect rich, grass-fed meats paired with light and refreshing sauces and local seafood enhanced by simple garnishes.
