BLOWFISH Ocean Grill + Bar has just launched a new menu item that is set to please diners who just can't decide what to order.

The BLOWFISH 'LET THE CHEF SURPRISE YOU' option will take diners on a special culinary journey chosen by the Chefs.

An evolving menu that is created daily by BLOWFISH head chef Lee De Vry and his team, offers diners the chance to get a fabulous selection of what BLOWFISH has to offer.

"Sometimes it's hard choosing from a menu that you are not familiar with, so why not leave it to the experts - us, the chefs.

"At BLOWFISH, we want to elevate our guests dining experience to the next level and let them experience what BLOWFISH is all about, and for $95 per person (min. 2 people) our "LET OUR CHEFS SURPRISE YOU" option will do just that."

"Each course gives guests the chance to experience an extraordinary selection from our menu without having to make a decision.  We give them a taste of some of our most popular dishes which may include 'specials' of the day," said Head Chef Lee.

For diners who don't even want to think about what wines to have either, they can also add our paired wines option for an additional $75 per person.
