Marty Fox, Founder and CEO of luxury real estate group WHITEFOX and judge on 9's hit show The Block, has partnered with AgentSpot.com.au. This platform provides users all over Australia with up to five detailed property appraisals from local agents. Appraisals include property price estimates, selling strategies, commission rates, and marketing costs.

The difference with AgentSpot is that it is completely private, with agents not getting vendor contact details unless the property owner decides to make contact.

Additionally, the platform rewards vendors with a $500 bonus once they've sold their property with a member Agent. 

All property owners are verified before their property details are passed on to Agents, ensuring that agent's time is utilised efficiently and only on legitimate appraisal requests.

The service is free for real estate agents to sign up, with a $1,000 fee payable only upon successful settlement.
