Future Leadership Announces Additions to the Team

Future Leadership, a leading provider of innovative people solutions, is thrilled to announce the addition of two prominent companies, NGS Global (Oceania) and Arbiter Leadership Technologies, to its growing capability ecosystem.

The NGS Oceania and Arbiter teams are led by Dr Marianne Broadbent and Mark Lelliott. Both believe the values alignment and mutual benefit in joining forces with Future Leadership will better service their breadth of clients across Federal Government, State Government, Health, Emergency Services, and Higher Education. Matching the 20-year legacy of the existing Executive Search brand Fisher Leadership, the NGS Oceania team aligns to an end-to-end high-quality search process, while proactively underpinning executive talent acquisition with executive and team development, known in the market as the Arbiter Leadership suite of solutions.

The strategic move will further consolidate Future Leadership's position as a national leader in future workforce capabilities. The newly acquired brands will stand alongside the established Fisher Leadership Executive Search practice, the on-demand talent business Gig Executive, the interim management consultancy Accelerated Talent, and the CLA Solutions strategic advisory business which bridges leadership development, wellbeing, coaching, assessment and transformation.

Alongside, Managing Partner Dr Marianne Broadbent has been working in the leadership, management, and strategy areas for over 20 years, with a particular emphasis on working with organisations to shape and develop their strategic executive and team capabilities.
