Regional NSW manufacturer shines at Hunter manufacturing awards 2023

Announcement posted by Senquip 23 Oct 2023

Port Stephens based telemetry manufacturer crowned Manufacturer of the Year

As a leader in telemetry products that connect machines to the internet, Port Stephens based Senquip is thrilled to have won Manufacturer of the Year - less than 50 employees, and the Product Excellence award at the 2023 Hunter Manufacturing Awards.

Senquip manufactures telemetry devices that enable the control and monitoring of remote assets in the harshest of environments.  Pumps, generators, lighting towers, drill rigs and other equipment benefit from remote engine fault detection, fuel level, start battery, location, engine hour monitoring and the ability to be locally or remotely controlled.

In many cases the value of monitoring is not about the asset but the productivity that it enables.  If a shift arrives for work and the lighting plant has no fuel, will not start, or isn't even there, that shift is non-productive. The value of lost hours may exceed the value of the asset being monitored.

Senquip expects its telemetry devices to be used in harsh mining, industrial, and utility environments. Senquip devices connect to almost any industrial sensor or system, can edge process measurements to manipulate data, create complex events, or control machines.  Measured data can be sent to the Senquip Portal or any other server with no ongoing costs.

Senquip manufactures its telemetry devices in Port Stephens and supplies them Nationally and internationally to UK, France, Spain, Italy, USA, Uruguay, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa and more.

Senquip would like to thank the HMA and Downer for an excellent evening, Department of Regional NSW for sponsoring the Manufacturer of the year award, and BISCIT for sponsoring the Product Excellent award.
