FROM STEAK TO SEAFOOD

Steven & Autumn opened their first restaurant Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill on the Gold Coast in June 2005, their 2nd restaurant Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Brisbane in 2010, and now thirteen years later they are starting fit out of their 3rd restaurant BLOWFISH OCEAN GRILL + BAR.

Earlier this week they got handover of their new premises, which is located at 2 Oracle Boulevard, Broadbeach - the former site of The Bavarian.

Over the coming months this 2-storey venue will be transformed into a 150 seat world-class seafood restaurant.

Steven & Autumn saw a gap in the market when it came to high quality seafood restaurants on the Gold Coast.

"We are at the top of our game when it comes to premium steaks and our next venture sees us taking a big dive into the ocean to create a seafood restaurant that's nothing like the Gold Coast has seen.  We are planning to blow people's minds.

"We've been looking at venues for the past few months and feel we've got the perfect venue in Broadbeach.  It's only a short walk from Moo Moo and the precinct is rapidly becoming the place for signature dining on the Gold Coast," Steven & Autumn said.

While Steven & Autumn are keeping tight 'fish' lipped about the menu and the fit out of the restaurant, there's no doubt that BLOWFISH will be like nothing the Gold Coast has seen before.  The menu will be innovative and inviting and there's no doubt that this restaurant will become a destination for locals and visitors to the Gold Coast.

BLOWFISH OCEAN GRILL + BAR will open on Friday 24 November, 2023.
