NightOwl Kelvin Grove Celebrates National Hot Dog Day

Hot diggity dog! From 11am-1pm this Wednesday, the NightOwl Convenience site located at 305 Kelvin Grove Road, Kelvin Grove will be handing out free hot dogs in honour of National Hot Dog Day. Customers will be able to pimp their dog with a variety of sauces, including a hot cheesy liquid sauce. Simply pop in store and head to the pop-up hot dog booth to grab your hot and delicious free hot dog!
The free hot dog event is set to be sponsored by The Handmade Food Co, one of Australia’s leading wholesale food manufacturing companies. The Handmade Food Co’s National Account Manager Haley Tierney said that she believes the free hot dog day will go down a treat with the Kelvin Grove locals.
“I’m so excited to be celebrating National Hot Dog Day with the Kelvin Grove NightOwl team, I think the freebies will be very well received and will hopefully become a new customer favourite”, Ms Tierney said.
NightOwl Kelvin Grove have also just recently become an official Lottery retailer with The Lott. The friendly Kelvin Grove team will now be able to service all of your National Lottery and Scratch Card needs.
NightOwl’s General Operations Manager Brad Jones expressed that he is excited to see the growth that the new lottery offering will bring to the Kelvin Grove site.
“Being a 24-hour site, I think the addition of a lottery offering will increase foot traffic into the store and further entice customers to choose NightOwl Kelvin Grove for all their refuel and refresh needs”, Mr Jones said.
Moreover, the convenience and fuel station site recently took home second place at VIVA Energy’s PMTDR (People Make The Difference Real) Awards night for top-performing Shell branded forecourts in Queensland. The PMTDR awards aim to celebrate the achievements of stores amongst Shell’s retail network. This is an excellent achievement for the Kelvin Grove site.
