Announcement posted by Conveya 04 May 2022
Australian HR tech company Conveya, whose career development tools are used internationally by the likes of Amazon, the Royal Mail, Kone, and Fujitsu, has announced the arrival of its newest early career management solutions, Conveya Report and Conveya Record.
The cloud and mobile apps simplify reporting of external training progress and on-the-job competency development in businesses with apprentice and grad programmes.
Nathan Gralton, Conveya CEO, said “If you’re an L&D manager tired of juggling hundreds of emails from learners and trainers and mentors — not to mention direct managers of your learners — Conveya will give you a centralised view of everything important. It replaces the chaos of planning and managing early careers with clarity.”
Report is an evolution of the company’s flagship product that has seen businesses like Royal Mail consolidate monthly trainee progress reports from over 50 external training providers into a series of standardised dashboards. Report makes it possible to visualise true trainee readiness across the whole organisation with no manual effort, removing days of admin every month.
Record is a flexible app for planning out actionable competency development frameworks. It empowers apprentices and grads to track their own progress in a digital logbook on their smartphones as they build out their skills in different parts of the operation. Record gets skills data into a single place online so Learning & Development Managers don’t need to manage paper or emails.
The Report and Record tools are hitting the market after extensive consultation and testing with real-world clients and are designed to work alongside leading HR management tools.
Support for planning learner rotations and feedback collection is expected later in 2022.
