Commencing April 1 2022, Employee Experience platform Pay Compliment announce availability of the Wordle Online Psychometric Profiling Assessment, or WOPPA for short.
WOPPA provides a 5-letter word and matching profile derived from the specific way that someone plays Wordle.
“Much of the science around established people profiling practices like MBTI, DISC and Learning Styles has been called into question, so we felt it was time for a modern day alternative” says David Perks, CEO at Pay Compliment.
“There are 336 WOPPA profiles so there is plenty of room for individualism in our methodology.”
By completing a short questionnaire about how they approach the popular word puzzle, respondents receive their individual WOPPA personality profile.
Get your WOPPA profile, for FREE, by completing the questionnaire on the Pay Compliment website.

“Of course, this is a little bit of fun for the 1st April, but there is a more serious side” Perks says.
“We’ve seen organisations invest heavily in profiling assessments as part of their Talent Management strategy, and then make important decisions around groupings and labels”.
“We like to challenge conventions like this that don’t sit that well with diversity, inclusion and equity, and avoiding stereotypes”.
“We think that given the right support and tools, employers can do far better to embed self-awareness, purpose, continuous feedback, and strength based development into their culture."
“We think that being real and having fun in what you do is an important part of that and so we hope that WOPPA provides a little bit of light-hearted enjoyment for people amidst everything else that’s going on at the moment.”
