The European Hotel’s Rafaels Restaurant will stay open 7 days a week from noon until late to ensure Melbourne always has food and beverages available to them in the face of widespread closures throughout Melbourne, says restaurateur Mario Di Nardo, who has also launched a new desert at Rafaels called the ‘Novakxx’ in deference to Djokovic’s global headline making bid to become the GOAT!
The ‘Novakxx’ is a COVID SAFE white chocolate and vanilla mousse, green glazed tennis ball filled with sherbet on a bed of lemon shortbread, which will be complimented with jugs of Sangria to keep you cool in the heat of the tennis that will project from Rafael’s LARGE TV SCREEN.
“I know that the hospitality industry is doing it very tough at the moment, as are the public but we promise our customers and all of Melbourne we will stay open every day from 12 noon to ensure there is somewhere in Melbourne where everyone can get a decent meal and a drink and a COVID SAFE NOVAKXX TENNIS BALL DESSERT!” Di Nardo said.
