New deputy editors at The Age

Guerrera takes up the new role from her position as the reader editor at the Nine’s metro mastheads for nearly three years.
She shared her new role on LinkedIn saying The Age has been a part of her life for a long time and she is excited to take up the new role.
“Am thrilled and honoured to accept the role of one of The Age's two new deputy editors, along with Mathew Dunckley. Thanks to new editor Patrick Elligett for the vote of confidence, and Aimie Rigas for being a fabulous boss in my most recent role as Reader Editor,” Guerrera said.
Mathew Dunckley has been appointed as a co-deputy editor alongside Orietta Guerrera.
