ICG survey exposes pay disparities in Indian comms industry

The white paper research put out by ICG revealed that entry-level in-house communication roles typically offered annual salaries between Rs 5.3 lakh and Rs 5.8 lakh, though some data showed figures as low as Rs 3.5 lakh per year. In the BFSI sector, the lowest salaries for those with 0-3 years of experience fall under Rs 5 lakh, while the technology sector sees a range of Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh annually, with top salaries exceeding Rs 1.5 crore.
